By creating an account, forwarding your phone number, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.Definitions“Service” means all tools and systems provided by Call Supply, including AI phone answering, call handling, call recording, SMS forwarding, appointment booking, and any related automation.“AI Receptionist” means the automated assistant that answers calls, speaks to callers, handles questions, collects information, and sends summaries or messages to you.“User Content” means any data you provide, including business details, instructions, scripts, FAQs, schedules, calendars, and other configuration used to train or tune the AI Receptionist.“Account” means the profile registered to your email address that gives access to the Service.“Subscription” means any paid recurring plan that grants access to the Service.“Call Data” means call logs, caller IDs, transcripts, summaries, and, where enabled, audio recordings.Acceptance of TermsBy using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.EligibilityThe Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. 3) notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.We may suspend or terminate Accounts that use false information, violate these Terms, or create security or stability risks.Service DescriptionCall Supply provides an AI Receptionist that answers incoming calls on your behalf, follows configured instructions, answers common questions, books appointments where possible, and sends information to you via email or SMS, depending on your plan.The Service is not a full contact centre, legal advisor, medical provider, or emergency service. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and for following up with callers where needed.We may change, improve, or remove features at any time, including voice models, latency, integrations, limits, and plan structure.User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and to comply with all laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection rules in your country.You are responsible for:
1) the content of the calls the AI Receptionist handles for your business,
2) any instructions, scripts, or data you provide,
3) informing your callers where legally required that their call may be handled by an AI and may be recorded.You must not use the Service for:
1) fraud, phishing, or impersonation,
2) harassment, abuse, or threats,
3) spam or unsolicited mass calling,
4) illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity,
5) collecting sensitive data in violation of law (for example card numbers where not allowed).We may block or suspend your Account if we reasonably believe that your use is illegal, harmful, or damaging to the platform or to others.Call Quality and LimitationsThe AI Receptionist uses artificial intelligence and may not always understand callers perfectly or give the answer you expect. Latency, call quality, and accuracy may vary based on network conditions, caller behaviour, language, and the quality of the data you provide.You are responsible for testing the Service with your own number before relying on it for critical calls. Call Supply is not liable for missed opportunities, lost revenue, or other damage caused by misunderstandings, misrouting, or call handling errors.Call Data and RecordingsTo operate the Service, we may process Call Data such as caller IDs, timestamps, transcripts, and optional audio recordings. This data is used to:
1) route and complete calls,
2) show you call history,
3) improve your AI Receptionist over time,
4) monitor system performance and security.Where you enable call recording, you are responsible for making sure call recording is legal in your jurisdiction and for informing callers if required. You must not use the Service to record calls in a way that violates local law.Billing and PaymentsSubscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly) through our payment provider. By starting a Subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.Payment details are processed by third-party providers. Call Supply does not store full card numbers. You are responsible for keeping payment methods valid. If a payment fails, your Account may be suspended until payment is resolved.Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable.Cancellation and TerminationYou may cancel your Subscription at any time via your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund already paid periods. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account may be moved to a limited or inactive state.Call Supply may suspend or terminate your Account if you:
1) seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms,
2) use the Service for illegal or harmful activity,
3) fail to pay subscription fees,
4) create risks to platform stability or security.On termination, access to the Service ends and we may delete or anonymise your data as allowed by law. No refunds are provided for terminated Accounts.Data Protection and PrivacyWe collect and process only the data needed to operate and improve the Service, including Account information, Subscription details, User Content, and Call Data.Data is used to:
1) provide and maintain the Service,
2) configure and improve your AI Receptionist,
3) handle billing and support,
4) protect the platform from abuse.We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers. Some data is processed by trusted third parties such as payment processors, telephony providers, hosting, and analytics tools, each operating under their own privacy terms.You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.Service AvailabilityThe Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for fast response and high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, provider issues, or network problems may affect call handling.We are not responsible for failures caused by your phone carrier, internet provider, devices, or third-party platforms.Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.You are solely responsible for testing and monitoring how the AI Receptionist behaves with your callers and for deciding when human follow-up is required.IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Supply and its owners and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
1) your use of the Service,
2) your User Content and Call Data,
3) your violation of these Terms,
4) your violation of laws or regulations.Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
